Storage Terminal

Mahathi understands the crucial role of oil terminals for trade activities within and outside the country. Safe storage of fuel is of utmost importance. Construction is underway for an oil terminal with 70,000 KL storage capacity for HSD, Gasoline, Jet A-1 and Kerosene oil. The fuel shall be transported from Kenya pipeline through company’s Jetty from Kisumu to the terminal at Bugiri-Bukasa in Uganda. The fuel will further be transported to nearby areas through oil marketing companies. The fuel tanks are built in accordance with the standard AP1650.
